KOBC MICROWAVE RECIPES

Banana Cookies

3/4 Cup Shortening
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Medium Ripe Banana
4 Cups Flour
2 t Baking Powder
1 t Salt

Mix Together and drop on greased Cookie Sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Cream Cheese Frosting

Mix together 5 T Butter, 8 oz Cream Cheese, 1 T Milk, 1 1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar and 1 t Vanilla. Spread on Cookies.




Magic Muffins

1 1/4 Cups Flour
3/4 Cup Malt Meal
1/2 Cup Sugar
3/4 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
1 T Baking Powder
1 t Salt
1 t Vanilla

Mix ingredients together. Spoon into muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes.




Thai Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts, cooked
3/4 Cup Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
1/4 t Ginger
Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix Coconut Milk, Peanut Butter, Ginger, Salt and Pepper in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave until hot and smooth. Pour over chicken. Serve with rice and toppings such as chopped onion, green pepper, coconut, peanuts, tomatoes, or green pepper.




Strawberry Cheescake Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 t Lemon Juice
1/4 cup boiling Water
2 T Sugar
3 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 t Vanilla
2 cups Frozen Strawberries

Using a blender, mix boiling water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add Cream Cheese and blend. Add strawberries and blend until slushy.




Chocolate Pecan Delight

Ingredients

2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecans
1 1/3 cup Egle Brand Milk

In an 8" glass dish, combine the cracker crumbs, chocolate chips and pecans. Mix well. Stir in Milk. Microwave for 3 minuets.
